Refund policy

Returns and refunds

To request a return, email thecrownhabit@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything. We will confirm the return instructions. Return parcels can be sent to:

Inoscent UK / Humayyon Khan
Unit 173626, Courier Point
13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road
Poole, Dorset BH16 6FH
United Kingdom

Put Unit 173626 on every parcel so it can be identified. Do not send letters to this Courier Point, and do not send returns to the dispatch address printed on your parcel.

Change of mind

You may cancel your order for any reason by telling us within 14 days after you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back. Email us or use the optional form below. You pay the direct cost of return postage for a change-of-mind return; please keep proof of postage. Please return goods unused and in their original condition where possible.

We will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option (UK delivery is currently free). We may make a deduction for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the goods, for example a bottle that has been opened and partly used. We will refund your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If goods arrive faulty, damaged, leaking, not as described, or different from what you ordered, email us with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will arrange a refund or replacement and cover reasonable return postage. This does not limit your statutory rights.
