Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 3–7 working days from the date you order. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Who sends your parcel

Your order may be sent directly from our UK supplier, so the sender or return address printed on the parcel may not say Inoscent UK. Please do not send returns to that address; see our Refund policy for return instructions.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email thecrownhabit@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of ordering, or arrives damaged or leaking, email thecrownhabit@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We will look into it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
